Open Letter To All Clients

With the Saints' coronation as Super Bowl Champs complete, it's safe to say that our 3rd Football Season together was a complete disappointment. At the same time, its so important to understand that if it were not for careful money-management strategies, it could have been so much worse.

After winning over 1,100 dimes in my 1st two football season's combined, we give back 394 dimes during the 2009-10 Season. And while you saw the crews I've come to rely on - the same crews that made us those 1,100 dimes the previous two years - lose one play after another, I think it is equally as important to recognize what you didn't see me do, which was lose my cool.

I never panicked, I never chased, and I never once put our overall bankroll in jeopardy. When it came to rating the Super Bowl, I did so like the old-school bookmaker that I am, not like the used car salesmen so many others in this industry undeniably have become. The play on Indianapolis - a 25 dime release - was no bigger or more important than the two 25 dime college hoop winners I had provided to you the week before the Suepr Bowl.

Understand this: When the Super Bowl rolled around, I didn't release some 400 dime release hoping a winner would break us even for the season.  I WOULD NEVER DO THAT! In Sports Gambling - as in life - loss in inevitable and there is nothing you can do to avoid it. Instead, we embrace the facts and attempt to circumvent losing with strong resources and expert money management over the long term.

As our relationship continues, you will learn more and more about me. In years one and two you saw the crews I rely on at their best, and we capitalized by building a huge bankroll. In year three you saw the law of gambling gravity take effect, and while that would bring out the worst in most, you witnessed me minimize losses in a down market and preserve our bankroll by keeping my foot firmly on the brakes the whole way down the mountain. These are all key components to being a winner over the long run.

Keep this in mind: You can't win all the time; it's a fact of life in this business. I was a bookmaker for many, many years. If gambling crews and players themselved produced like they did in years one and two I would have been out of the bookmaking business overnight. But, again, the law of gambling gravity sometimes take hold and that's when you need an experienced captain at the helm to navigate the rough waters.

Did we lose 394 dimes of our football bankroll in year three? Absolutely.

Did we retain nearly 66% of our original bankroll through my money management strategies. You bet your life we did.

As always, I won’t ever sit on winners. If there is a move worthy of being a 50 Dimer or a 100 Dimer, it is getting released, but I refuse to ever inflate a rating to generate extra sales; that is the exact short-term mentality that gets most amateur bettors in trouble, ad that is why my long-term customers continue to trust my strategies over their own.

So should you lay off 25 dime releases? ABSOLUTELY NOT! If you had passed on all the 25 dime releases the past 2 years you would have missed out on over 40% of our total bankroll! So, play every release, but never ignore the ratings as they are an equal component to the picks when it comes to our long-term winning strategy!

Let's be perfectly clear about my mission my friends:

My mission is to continue to utilize my contacts/sources (or, as I like to call them, "my crews") in combination with my personal rating strategy that I have developed from formerly being the largest offshore bookmaker in the world. That combination puts us in the best possible position to remain within the elite 1% of society by consistently finishing on the plus side for the season, a luxury 99% of the gambling public will never have the opportunity to experience, PERIOD.

We've won the big plays, we've won the little plays, and we've had plenty of properly rated plays that lost in between. But, all that really matters is that we continued to work the system, continued to stay true to the discipline, and we have continued to maintain a positive bankroll since we started this endeavor in September of 2007.

And that is the mission!

With my goal of continued, long-term success in focus - and with every contact of mine working on all cylinders and perfectly positioned for a solid baskeball run - I am going forward, and you should too! Let's face it, this is war and it isn’t over until your bookmaker is out of money!

Know one thing, I always have been (and I always will be) the best man for this job, but I am only a man. Expect greatness from me, legendary greatness, but don’t expect the impossible as it will cloud your focus and be an obstacle to ultimate success

In my business, the bottom line is always… THE BOTTOM LINE. Good stories and excuses are great, but at the end of the day you are either a winner or a loser, and 99% of the gambling public are losers.

For those of you who may just be joining the site, here is a recap of what the last two years have brought from utilizing my strategy: Keep in mind, Dimes are simply a rating system I use and is not directly related to a dollar amount. It is just a measuring stick for how much I like a specific game.

  • We had nothing short of a legendary football campaign in 2007, going 24-11 overall for a net total of 685 dimes, a season capped by the 100 Dime winner on the Giants (+11) in the Super Bowl that topped off a perfect 7-0 season for the amazing Baltimore crew.

  • We held our own in March of 2008, giving back a few chips
  • The Cali-Cartel capped a tremendous 2007-08 NBA campaign with 300 dimes of net profit, including the Celtics (+165) in the Finals vs. LA
  • The 2008 baseball season was poetry in motion as we picked apart your man as all crews - led by the Freehold, New Jersey Wise Guys - went a combined 16-5 for a net profit of 256.25 dimes.
  • The 2008-09 Football Season lived up to all the hype and expectations as my crews combined to go 34-17-1 for +502 dimes of profit and left a path full of crushed bookies, haters and doubters all along the way.
  • The 2008-2009 Basketball campaign pushed our bankroll even further toward heaven. The New York crew went 6-1 and the Cali-Cartel 4-2 for a combined +167.5 dimes of profit,
  • The 2009 baseball season, while not profitable, did no damage as al the games were properly rated and the losses amounted to mere crumbs in the grand scheme of things.
  • The 2009-10 Football season fell way short of expectations as the net loss was -394 dimes. If not for the executive of advanced money management strategies, we could have lost 3 times that amount as many other handicappers does in the same situation.

Bottom Line:  At over 1300 dimes the past 3+ years, we own your man!

I don’t know how else to say it my friends.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Gentleman, win or lose, this is not a site or system built on spin, hype, or creative slogans. The truth is that this is a site and system built on honesty, integrity, and intelligence.

Honesty - Without honesty, I can’t expect you to listen to me long term, or any handicapper at this site.

Integrity - This company and its handicappers work within a consistent framework of principles that make up its core set of values. These principles and values are all based on accountability. It is because of this accountability that our systems work as our customers can trust every handicapper on this site and correctly navigate their respective streaks to their advantage.

Intelligence – It is intelligence that wins wars my friends. In the war to be a winner we are still so far ahead at over 1,900 dimes of profit since the start of the 2007 football season, that any unrest at this point would be extremely unjustified and distracting to the end-game of “owning your man”.

Know this...I am real, and my connections, like the "Cali-Cartel", are real. Now that doesn’t mean that there is a group of computer nerds sitting in a dark room somewhere in California wearing shirts that say “Cali-Cartel” on them. There isn't and I never said there were. My access to these connections is based on the relationships that I have had over the past 20 years. These relationships are documented in my book, and are publicly known to exist.

Are my crews and connections real?

You bet your ass they are! I stake my reputation on it, and unlike many of the clowns who publicly question me, I actually have a reputation to stake.

Do I make up the names of my crews?

Of course I do. What would you like me to do, out the sources that supply me with their winning opinions?

You've seen the proof of my strategies, sources, and contacts for the past two years; the numbers just don't lie. While there are no guarantees in life, I want you to keep one thing in mind: I am NOT done yet!

- Stevo

Steven Budin-CEO

I am NOT a handicapper!

I was the father of the offshore sports industry as you know it today. My rise to the top, and subsequent plunge from the mountaintop, courtesy of the Feds, is documented below in my biography and in the book about my life, "Bets, Drugs and Rock & Roll," which is available at Amazon.com.

I am NOT a handicapper - BUT - I do have special releases!

When I release a pick to the public, it is not because I have studied the game and I have a strong professional opinion about its outcome. That's what a handicapper and GM Al DeMarco, who has been in this business for a quarter of a century, does 365 days a year. Rather, when I release a pick its because of the access I have to professionals, access I've acquired through my 20+ years as an innovator and leader in the Sports Information Industry. These associates of mine have opinions that I respect and track records that are indisputable.

The opinions of these industry insiders

have never been available to the general public until now.

These selections do NOT come along everyday. Maybe once every 10 days, once a week, twice a month; there is no telling. I can only assure you of this: When I get the word and I feel it is strong enough, you will see the selection available for purchase right below the credit card logos a little bit further down on this page.

This is a serious business and I would not sell something that wasn't worth the premium I demand. Do these selections win every time? Hell no; I'm a CEO, not a psychic. But I can tell you one thing for certain: My contacts win far more often than they lose; you know it and I know it - and now you will have access to their plays for the first time ever!

Who Is Steve Budin?

You could say I was born into this business; being the son of a legendary New York bookmaker it's not like the apple fell far from the tree. I had no use for flash cards as a child; parlay cards were my calling at an early age.

By the age of 16 I was already taking bets from classmates, their parents, and my teachers. After graduation I went to work for Caesar's Palace running high-roller gambling excursions to Vegas and Atlantic City, plying whales and the filthy rich with the best hookers and drugs money could buy, all the while watching casinos make small fortunes on their losses.

In 1994, I had a vision that changed, re-shaped and created the sports gambling industry as we know it today. It was then I moved to Panama and opened the world's first international offshore sportsbook, SDB Global, which I eventually relocated to Costa Rica.

Yes, it was me who had the vision to give bettors a choice of dealing with a legitimate corporation taking their wagers via telephone rather than dealing with Joe Blow on the local corner. Call me the father of the modern offshore sports gambling industry. And for changing the way 99% of you reading this now place your bets, I had to deal with corrupt foreign government officials and shady so-called businessmen.

I became a self-made millionaire by the age of 30, but my reign as the offshore gambling world czar was ended courtesy of the United States government, who arrested me and forever changed the status of the entire offshore Industry from Grey to Black and White.

Why me? Because the U.S. wanted to take out the biggest fish in the industry. But like prohibition efforts in the 30's, their efforts were in vain because all they did was send 30,000 active bettors looking for other offshore sportsbooks. In fact, the week I was busted and forced to close, 25 new companies opened up offshore. How ironic, right?

Was I down? Certainly. Was I out? Never. Remember, I grew up in the gambling world. The Internet was just coming of age. I decided to hop to the other side of the fence and in partnership with Al DeMarco create and build SportsInfo.com, the Internet's largest pay-per-view sports handicapping conglomerate.

Enough about me; the book about my rise and fall in the sports gambling world, "Bets, Drugs, And Rock & Roll" is available at Amazon.com. What you need to know for now is that no one in this industry can give you the perspective that I can when it comes to the handicapping and the sports information world.
